Construction: Pro Construction – Hyper Skin™ Full Sandwich

The board is built in Pro Construction as a vacuum-laminated full sandwich. The Hyper Skin™ high-density foam sandwich wraps a Fused Cell Core that is extremely light and very strong. Biaxial glass rail bands reinforce the rails, which are finished in High Gloss Epoxy. For Kai Lenny’s signature collection Quatro also uses a new paint formula that is lighter and more durable.

Deck Pad with Tail Kick

The new Lightweight Slotted Traction deck pad in single density flat cord has been redesigned from scratch. Its optimised layout puts grip and cushioning exactly where you need it, saves weight and minimises drag. Compared with traditional traction pads it offers maximum grip at half the weight – with more feel and response while carving. The tail features a new, weight-saving tail kick developed by KT Surfing® that gives you a locked-in feel, grip and confidence in turns and manoeuvres.

Fin Boxes & Fin Setup

The Log Pro comes with two FCS II side fin boxes and a US box for the centre fin. This lets you ride a classic thruster setup for a top-to-bottom style, ideal in small to mid swell, or just the centre fin as a single fin. The board ships without fins.

The Kai Lenny Vault – SUP Collection by Quatro

In the early 1990s two stories began on Maui’s North Shore: that of Kai Lenny, who would become the most versatile waterman on the planet, and that of Forward Maui, the creative force behind Quatro and KT Surfing. Kai started surfing at 4, windsurfing at 6, SUP at 7 and foiling and tow-in by 9. Since 2019 Keith Teboul has shaped every board Kai rides – from Jaws, Mavericks and Nazaré to Ho’okipa, Indo and the North Shore of Oahu.

The Log Pro in 9'0" x 27" with 98 litres – the narrower, sportier size – for lighter riders and anyone looking for more surf performance and nose riding. The board is 274 cm long, 68.6 cm wide, 9.4 cm thick and weighs 6.8 kg.

9'3" x 29" – 114 L

The Log Pro in 9'3" x 29" with 114 litres – more stable thanks to 29" width and extra volume – for heavier riders, beginners and relaxed cruising. The board is 281 cm long, 73.6 cm wide, 10 cm thick and weighs 7.5 kg.
