The Next Generation of Super Paddles

The Black Project Hydro SynergyX offers a significantly improved paddling experience. It enables higher speed, increased cadence, and longer paddling sessions. Developed in collaboration with world champions Seychelle Webster and Arthur Arutkin and inspired by the success of the Hydro series, this new Black Project paddle has been carefully tuned to dominate mid- and long-distance racing. To achieve a combination of speed and endurance that wins races, the blade has been optimized for efficiency. With a moderate blade angle of 10°, a narrower entry, and a thinner blade profile, each paddle stroke is effortlessly smooth and easy to catch. The wider blade shoulders and the medium-depth Power Scoop provide the ability to increase power when needed during competitions or intense paddling workouts.

To achieve a combination of race-winning speed and endurance, the paddle has been optimized for efficiency. With a moderate blade angle of 10°, a narrower blade base, and a thinner blade profile, each paddle stroke is effortless, with a smooth catch. The wider blade shoulders and medium-depth Power Scoop provide the ability to increase power when needed during a race or intense paddle training. The competitive speed and race dynamics associated with the Hydro SynergyX were demonstrated throughout the 2023 season, with both Arthur Arutkin and Seychelle Webster securing long-distance victories with various prototypes.
